Cheese Mortadella Roll with Tomato Sauce

Recipe for 2 persons
Difficulty level: Hopefully Easy

5 Slices of Mortadella 1 Can of Tomato Sauce (or Peeled Tomato) 
Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese 
200gr of pasta (I used pennette pasta) 
6-10 Toothpicks 
2 tea spoon 
Olive oil 
Half teaspoon of Sugar 
Parmesen Cheese 

In the middle of each Mortadella Slice put some Cheddar cheese 
(I like big piece of Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese), 
then wrap them and use the toothpicks to fix each Mortadella Roll.

In a Non-Stick pan put 2 teaspoon on olive oil and put the pan on
the hob turning on the flame then put the tomato sauce with an 
half tea spoon of sugar, after a couple of min add a 
pinch of salt and mix slowly.
Then Add all mortadella Roll you did, some Basil leaves, cover the
pan with a lid and cook for just about 10-12 min, 
the mortadella and cheese are already cooked so they don't need to be cooked longer :)

In mean time cook you pasta in a pot with salty water, 
add to tomato Sauce you cooked with mortadella roll and 
stir for 2-3 mins. 
Put the pasta in the plate and add some Parmesan Cheese and 
3 Basil leaves and.......
